What we collect and why. When you contact us about an apartment or a property, we collect the information you enter in the form (name, email, phone, desired move-in date, message, preferred contact method) and the listing concerned. We use it only to answer your request, arrange visits, and process a rental application if you choose to submit one. Property owners' inquiries are used to discuss leasing services.
Who can see it. Only authorized RS Group staff and the leasing agent assigned to the apartment. If you apply for an apartment, your file is shared with the owner or management company of that building for their decision. We do not sell personal information.
Website statistics. We count visits and listing views without advertising cookies, using an anonymous identifier that changes every day. If additional analytics tools are activated, we will ask for your consent first.
Retention. Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve your request and then deleted or anonymized, within a maximum period set by RS Group.
Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the address above.

Ces renseignements ne sont accessibles qu’au personnel autorisé, à l’agent responsable du logement et, en cas de demande de location, au propriétaire ou gestionnaire de l’immeuble.
